“CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN”
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital city of Brunei Darussalam has recently expanded its municipal boundary to cover an area of 100.36 square kilometres.
The Municipal Department Bandar Seri Begawan, Ministry of Home Affairs, Brunei Darussalam, intends to prepare a Bandar Seri Begawan Development Master Plan which shall be based on its Vision and strategic objectives to guide the future development of the capital city by taking into the previous plans.
Suitably qualified consultancy firms are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) which shall describe in detail the type of relevant skills, experience, levels of expertise or any other capabilities they have to meet the project requirements. The EOI should also provide information on the firm’s experience and track record on similar projects, qualifications and experience of key personnel, including CVs, photographs and reports of sample of work done.
Expressions of Interest together with relevant documents must be submitted not later than December 27, 2008, in envelope marked “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN” and addressed to:

Only shortlisted consultancy firms will be notified and invited to tender in the next stage of the consultant selection process by obtaining the Tender Documents, upon payment of a non-refundable administration fee of B$200.00 (Brunei Dollars Two Hundred Only) in the form of a bank draft made payable to Brunei Government.
